SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You as a customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for delivery and/or returning your ordered item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipment within the Philippines
We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday-Fridays will be processed within the day and out for shipping the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
All orders are currently being handled by GogoXpress, Ninja Van, Fasttrack, DPX, or Entrego. Delivery within Metro Manila will approximately take 3-5 days and 4-7 days to Provincial areas. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is fulfilled.
We do arrange for same-day delivery via Lalamove, Grab, or Toktok and the fee will be shouldered by the customer.
As of now, we only do international shipping for hand-embroidered products via PhilPost, LBC, FedEx, or DHL and the actual fee will be shouldered by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your preferred banking channel.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.
